115 7th Ave

The Class-A office tower was designed by the Spector group and is in Manhattan’s flatiron district. The high-end office is comprised of some of the nicest space in the market. In a city where every commercial building must take on its own characteristics so not to blend into the background, 115 has done this by taking old world architecture and incorporating new modern materials and design using glass as its distinctive feature. Both glass and aluminum were used for the curtainwall system with shadow boxes and the panel façade install.

Elite glass was awarded and provided design/build services, for curtainwall from the sixth floor to the top, louvers, terrace doors and ground floor high polished stainless-steel framing. The entrance has high end balance doors and an ultra-modern revolving door. Full floor partitions build-out with Elite glass interior partition system on multiple floors was also supplied and installed. Elite also provided metal facade panels and soffits, and fascia panels for the project.
