Foundations 611 W 56th St 

Developed by Sumaida & Khuranan and interiors crafted by Gabellini Sheppard 611 west 56th st is the first building in the United States designed by Pritzker Prize-winning master architect Álvaro Siza. the building will be a groundbreaking structure not just for its neighborhood, at the intersection of Midtown and the Upper West Side, but for all of New York City. Stone cladding is carefully arranged in panels that emphasize the forms and volumes of the building while framing exquisite views through thinly framed profile windows with expansively large glazed surfaces. A sculptural masterpiece by one of the greatest living architects of our time. Abundant use of natural stones and Glass and custom cove lighting throughout creates an elevated living experience that is akin to living in a custom home versus a residential condominium project. 

Elite glass was awarded and is providing design/build services for all interior curved glass handrails. The Gabellini Sheppard designed shower doors and splash Guards. All Yoga & Boxing Room glass walls, the Galleria wall and all doors and glass at all amenity spaces. Elite will also be providing the Bendhiem elevator glass lobbies and all ornamental stairs.
